How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you manage them there:
- iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SolveSnap.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SolveSnap.
I bought Premium but it isn't active
Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you purchased with, then reopen the app. If it still doesn't show, email us with your purchase date and we'll sort it out.
An answer looks wrong
SolveSnap uses AI, which can make mistakes. Please double-check important answers. If a question is consistently misread, a clearer, well-lit photo of just the question usually helps.
How do I change the language?
Open the app's settings and pick your language — it updates both the app and your solutions.
Privacy & data
See our Privacy Policy. SolveSnap has no accounts and asks for no personal details to use.
