Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SolveSnap mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Ham Technologies ("we", "us"). By downloading or using SolveSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SolveSnap lets you photograph or import a question and receive an AI-generated solution and explanation. The Service is provided as a study aid to help you understand how to approach problems.

2. Eligibility

You may use SolveSnap only if you can form a binding contract under the laws of your country, or otherwise with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that is illegal, harmful, or infringing;
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, our servers, or our app-integrity protections;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Academic integrity

SolveSnap is intended to help you learn. You are responsible for using it in accordance with the academic-integrity policies of your school, instructor, or institution. Do not use the Service to cheat on exams, assessments, or any work where outside assistance is prohibited.

5. AI-generated content

Solutions are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. SolveSnap does not guarantee the correctness of any answer. Always review and verify important results, and do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional, academic, medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Free tier and subscriptions

SolveSnap offers a limited number of free solves each day. Additional usage may require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and the applicable store charges your account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

The SolveSnap app, brand, logo, and content (excluding the questions you submit and the solutions generated for you) are owned by Ham Technologies and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that solutions will be correct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ham Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on solutions provided by the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, indicated by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
